We offer a full range of BINDT registered L1A testing, using our state of the art Retrotech 2000 digital testing equipment.
The prices shown below include all of our expenses, a very comprehensive test report and a certificate of compliance required by your building control officer (assuming the dwelling passes). We will also highlight the major leaks in the property and give advice how it can be improved. 
 Costs
Please note: These prices apply for tests carried out after 12th November 2007. All dwellings must be on the same site and availiable for testing on the same day. All prices are VAT exclusive.
In the case of a dwelling failure a discounted rate will be offered for a retest after remedial work has been carried out. This rate will depend on the timing of the retest but starts from £100 + VAT for a same day retest. If you do not require all of these services then please contact us for a reduced quote.
